The Killers

Another Mysterio Movie Madness Musical creation. This time he was inspired by the themes of revenge in films. The song is filled with three different guitars, three pianos and bass with drums providing back up halfway through.
Vocal dialogue was extracted from the follwing movies in which the pivotal characters utter their own words of revenge: The Limey, The Professional, True Romance, Rated X, Crank, Goofellas, Reservoir Dogs, Jackie Brown and Money Talks.

Dark Narc

The styles of seventies soundtrack scores inspired Mysterio to tool up and track his own take on the genre. Focused heavily on percussion he came back and sprinkled xylophones, dark pianos and two different bass instruments and then threw on top some choice dialogue from the movies "Narc", "The Dark Knight" and "Carlito's Way".

Sexy Beast Headquarters

Mysterio joined the characters of "Sexy Beast" to compose this movie music masterpiece. It was a crowded studio but all in all the session went well with jokes all around about what really happened when they made the classic film. Don Logan actually ended up being a real cut up even though when he entered the studio at first everybody stopped talking. Then he broke out and just laughed and said, "Gotcha!".
Gary "Gal" Dove on Drums
Don Logan on Piano and Organ and Thin Whistle
Teddy Bass on Roundback Guitar
DeeDee on Lead and Stratocaster Guitars
Aitch & Mysterio on Euro, African and Asian Percussion
Jackie on AMG Wurlitzer
Enrique on Vibraphone and Harp

Mallrat Madness

A fun track with two sets of wild drums complimenting the whacked out dialogue from the film "Mallrats". A silly organ, wobbly bass and smirky guitars round out the song created by Mysterio.

Payback is Out of Sight

The films "Payback" and "Out of Sight" are paid homage to by Mysterio in this thematic masterwork. It almost has a dub reggae feel to it with the deep bass line but added upon the track is a Dobro guitar which is a nod to the Lompoc prison scene with George Clooney and Luis Guzman. Blues organs accentuate the rhythm provided as it lays way for the several samples of choice dialogue from both films.

Rock & Rolla

Mysterio had an idea for some James Bond/Jason Bourne type of spy movie music. The final song took a turn once he watched the movie Rocknrolla. Samples from the film were added over the orchestral sounds created from deep within the recesses of his mind. A glockenspiel, flute, bass, percussion, piano and deep bass flow together seamlessly in a symphony of sounds.
