Strictly Beats: Constant Deviants - Can't Stop (Instrumental)
An extremely dope beat by Cut from Constant Deviants. A head nodding throwback... wait... this was made in the 90's so it is certified dope.

Common - Communism (Analog Remix)
This remix by Mysterio could of fit perfectly on the classic "Resurrection" album. The dusty analog samples fit perfectly over the chunky break beat and drum programming set up by the mysterious one.

Strictly Beats: MF Doom - Myrtle Leaf
This beat he used on the King Geedorah album is my absolute favorite of the bunch. The samples he plucked from various movies, newscasts, and cartoons were expertly placed over the well crafted track. This is just the instrumental and it allows you to enjoy the crazy chopped drums he programmed so well.

Mobb Deep - Shook Ones (Analog Remix)
Mysterio pulled some dark analog samples and poured them over the drum track he programmed for his digital version. Pretty much everything remains intact except for the musical instrumentation.

Green Grass (Demo) Instrumental (8 Track Remastered)
The classic cut produced by Mysterio for Claw back in 1995.

Strictly Beats: De La Soul - Ego Trippin' (Part Two) (Original Instrumental)
Such a tight track that will forever bring me back to the mid nineties. Prince Paul delivered the goods on this final De La album which he would concoct. Such a shame they couldn't continue to work together. Anyhow here is the beat....

De La Soul - Much More (Analog Remix)
Mysterio mixed up this vocal track already but as per usual he went back to the lab and concocted an analog version. Jazz samples were plucked and placed over the drum programing he originally devised. Singing from Peggy Lee fits right into the chorus like a glove.

Canibus - Get Retarded (Digital Remix)
Canibus got retarded over this Mysterio rock tinged production. He took one of his other Movie Madness tracks and slowed it down. The Canibus vocals fit perfectly over the musical landscape and what resulted a more intense version of his original song.

Strictly Beats: Madlib (for Percee P) Ghetto Rhyme Story (Instrumental)
A very dope beat from Madlib which he produced for Percee P on his long awaited album.

Blaq Poet & M.O.P. - Rap Addiction (Analog Remix)
Blaq Poet and M.O.P. got a rap addiction and so does Mysterio. He dropped some raw samples over a funky drum track which he created and threw in some vocals sung by a pretty lady into the mix.
Rap Addiction (Analog Remix)
Strictly Beats: Will Sessions - It Ain't Hard to Tell
Will Sessions whipped up a whole album reconstructing "Illmatic" with live instrumentation. Definitely different and worth a listen.

Lord Finesse - You Know What I'm About (Digital Remix)
Mysterio always loved the original "Scooby Doo" version of this song and never really dug the MF Doom take on his favorite cartoon. Anyhow he decided to give some live instrumentation for the Lord Finesse punchline rhymes and mixed up some dialogue from "The Wire" to enhance the song.

Ras Kass - H20 (Analog Remix)
Just the gritty, raw samples culled from the ASR-10 set up the platform for this analog remix. Sound effects were inserted where the curses were "bleeped" out from the vinyl recording. What results is a powerful anthem for Ras Kass to deliver.

Ghostface - Run (Digital Remix)
Mysterio incorporated the movie "Heat" to match up with the classic verses from Ghost's song and layered multiple instruments over a crunchy drum track to compliment the intensity.

Strictly Beats: CMW - Growin' Up In The Hood (Funky Piano Remix) (Instrumental)
Sampling Joe Simon's "Theme for Cleopatra Jones" set the mood for this excellent song by CMW but what really gets me on this funky piano remix is the piano. Incredible stuff just like the Three Times Dope "Funky Dividends" (Extended Piano Mix).

Strictly Beats: DJ Premier - Now You're Mine (Instrumental)
Recently I was listening to this song and I could not help but rewind, replay, rewind and replay again and again. So simple yet so intoxicating. Another testament to Primo's credo that less is always more.

Strictly Beats: People Under The Stairs - San Francisco Knights
The instrumental for the song by P.U.T.S. delivers a nostalgia vibe to a city I have visited but never lived in but wish I had. The original source material has been covered numerous times so the fact they used the sample doesn't bother me at all because they deliver the concept extremely well with their lyrics and effective and complimentary drum kit.

Strictly Beats: Diamond D - A Day In The Life
This track produced Diamond, before he dropped the "D", is one of my favorites. His other solo albums were crap in comparison to his debut sample filled masterpiece. This is one instrumental cut I played over and over on the 12" record it was released on.

Another classic instrumental from one of my favorite sample filled albums of the decade of the 2000's.

Strictly Beats: Doug E. Fresh - Keep Rising To The Top (Instrumental)
One of the reasons I got into production. Will always love this track. Keni Burke provided the original sample but Doug AND the Bomb Squad took it straight to my ears and heart. Classic.

Method Man, Redman & L.L. Cool J - 4, 3, 2, 1 (Analog Remix)
Mysterio took out one emcee from the equation but inserted himself into the mix keeping up with the 4,3,2,1 vibe. What results is a darker mix filled with creeping analog sounds over a crunchy break beat and 808 kick.
Method Man, Redman & L.L. Cool J - 4, 3, 2, 1 (Analog Remix)
